Reservations

Our booking system, Paw Partner, is a user-friendly system designed to assist you in maintaining all the information about your dogs and making reservations! If you have any questions about the system, please don't hesitate to give us a call at (208) 944-2632.

With Paw Partner you can:

- Upload your dog's vaccination documents.

- Manage your dog's profile regarding their weight, intact status, and more.

- Add a picture of your dog.

- Request bookings online.

- For boarding's and daycare, if your dates are available and their vaccination status is current, we will assign your dog a kennel and send you a confirmation email.

- If your dog's vaccination status is not current, or we are waiting on vaccination documents, you will receive an email saying your booking is pending. This means your kennel space is reserved, but we cannot confirm your booking until current vaccination documentation is received.

- For grooming, when you send in a request, we will call you to discuss your appointment time.
